Purchased the small for my black mini schnauzer (ab 18 lbs) and love it. You can see it easily at night and the padding is great too. Just the right size and I love the actual buckle for a solid fastener. D-ring is perfect for his leash. This is my second purchase of this collar. The first one lasted 6-7 years and it’s worth it! Other collars I tried just didn’t match its quality.

It is mighty thick. I take it off him at night just to make sure he is comfortable. I’d really prefer s thinner collar that is more flexible and comfortable for my pet,

It's a great collar. Just be aware this is a buckle, not a clip, so if you take your dog's collar off a lot I wouldn't recommend this collar.
I have sent the collar back because somehow I accidentally ordered a small instead of a medium. I have not seen my refund yet.
