Michael Graves was an American architect and designer. A member of the "New York Five" group of architects as well as the Memphis group, Graves brought his neo-classical sense of design to numerous buildings including his work for Disney Headuarters and the Humana Building. He is most known for his tremendously successful product design for Target and Alessi Italy where he incorporated his love of geometric form along with signature colors such as his Graves Blue.
